Product Returns for Exchange & Refund

We want you to be completly satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not and you do wish to return anything, please follow these instructions to request a returns number.

You must request a returns number with 14 days of the invoice date & returns must arrive back to us within 7 days of a returns number being issued.

We reseve the right to levy a re-stocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price on any item that is returned without a returns authorisation number or in a state unfit for resale.

To request a returns number, login to your account, on the left hand menu select 'Orders' and then click on the returns button to the right of the correct order number and follow the instructions.
